Patty Murray today tried to get an amendment through the Senate to support funding for Veterans services, specifically medical funding. Every republican except Arlan Spector voted against this amendment. I guess republicans are all for the troops EXCEPT when it comes to putting up money to deal with the problems they are going to have when they get back from IRAQ. All you people with "support our troops" stickers on your cars call up and let your Senator know how you feel about this issue. This makes me so angry I could spit.
