<when it happens, not if, you will likely regret it, as in will>

I think so too and that's what I recall writing 20 years ago when Hu Yaobang tiscali.co.uk came to Wellington [NZ] and I was a member of the United Nations Association pushing for more UN.

I thought that when I finally get my beloved reconstituted UN, I'll be the first to be railing against the smothering enthusiasts who want it to run every little detail, redistribute all the money and wear silly hats while they have important titles in the kleptocracy. I'll have some ignorant young punk explaining to me how a UN is a good thing and I should get with the programme.

Nevertheless, I am prepared to take my chances and cross that bridge when I come to it.

Similarly for It. I am happy to be in the construction team and promoting it dawn to dusk. Then, when It is full-blown, It'll eat me alive!! Arrggghhhhh, a Frankenstein monster...help....too late... I should have listened to Ted Kaczynski and moved to Montana.

T.Jack - How's the fun world of homebuilder shorts ?

I have puts on EBAY, DELL, QCOM, KMX (Carmax), AMZN , and MSFT.

Sold my IBM puts 2 days ago...darn !

Think I may add puts on home builders at some point - maybe after a snap back rally.

Jim Cramer says the FED might back down on raising rates as soon as they relize how bad they have hit the economy - like GM,Ford, IBM, etc.

By the way, congratulations on getting out of the royalty trusts and a bunch of other stuff early.

Tobago Jack sounds like someone who should be sporting dreadlocks, a white linen suit, sunglasses, and drinking Red Stripe while putting together some complicated deal which is perfectly legal ...in Barbados and the Caymans.
