Thats all well and good but that stuff only preserves a right to own flintlock muskets. What you need is the text of the Supreme Courts last decision on the 2nd Amendment in order to keep a right to MODERN MILITIA ARMS.

The Supreme Court has also discussed Militia responsibilities and has made reference to the implication of a "general obligation of all adult male inhabitants to possess arms" and ammunition. It noted that "ordinarily when called to service these men were expected to appearbearing arms supplied by themselves and of the kind in common use at thetime" - which would include modern military-type weapons, including semiautomatic pistols, carbines, rifles and assault rifles (which are select fire from semi-auto to full auto).
(United States v. Miller et al, 307 U.S. 174 [1939])

Some 'guns' may be even bigger and more important (for the survival of our freedoms and our nation's Democracy itself) then the type you are thinking about... the 'guns' I am talking about are Constitutional changes, such as a Balanced Budget amendment.

Otherwise, all the pea-shooters you can think of won't matter much in the end.
