just as there are the democrats and the
republicans to the south, there are the
liberals and the conservatives here.

basic indisputable idealogy separates the two.

i prefer the liberal brand, tenkyouveddymuch.

Eric,
There is far too much money at stake for the Liberals to give up power. They always award the contract to print election ballots to trusted Liberal printing companies. I have come to believe the press must be Liberal too because they never report the nation wide occurance of more ballots ending up in the ballot boxes than were officially issued to the polling stations. This is neatly handled by a little known law that states any election irregularities must be proven to have been commited by a candidate, otherwise, once the ballots are in the box, they count. I always work the elections, if only to frustrate the Liberal goons (surprisingly often lawyers who try to use intimidation tactics) and Liberal organizers responsible for busing in voters and when challenged, can't prove they live in the riding or are elligable to vote in the polling area I am working. The funniest event I recall was when the local Liberal organizers bused in a load of unregistered blind people and helped them mark their ballots. Usually, the busing and extra ballots show up at polling stations where there are no scrutineers available from other parties. On election night, this often shows up as a sudden come from behind win when the last polling station results are reported.
