What's your standard? If a foreign Arab was apprehended in Afghanistan or Iraq, do they qualify for torture? It's been estimated that 90% of the people we're holding in Guantanamo shouldn't even be there - they're low level nothings or complete innocents. What might have prevented 9/11? Someone in the FBI investigating the reports of suspicious Arabs taking flight lessons, reported up the chain and ignored. The FBI was too busy busting California medical marijuana clubs operating in the open.
