Taking every extraneous known fact into the mix (demand, ASP, improved yields, marketing successes, design wins) it does not appear that SNDK can disappoint this quarter....Can anyone give us a sceanario where the "house of cards" could collapse? Goodness knows, the market has been sorely disappointed in the past when earnings looked mighty good on (and below) the surface. This was supposedly due to the infamous "glut" problem (never yet developed) and the too-rapid decline of ASP (which looks to be within desirable ranges, and a key advantage for SNDK over some competitors).

I still like what this company offers and the P/E right now should not scare anyone if likely sceanarios for 2006-7 play out.

Thoughts?

Slacker,

Are you feeling optimistic that Samsung will be opening its wallet this year
to cover some of the licensing fees for MLC? Seems like MLC is the only solution
for Samsung in the longer term if they wish to compete price wise at 300mm.
