I agree but the real issue when we see the attacks on anyone posting about these issues is that the little guy really has no voice. Often the posts are by those who claim to be crusaders against OTC scams. Yet, these same crusaders get very upset and are quick to say that there is no naked shorting problem or that there is nothing wrong with unlimited shorting. Because hedge funds control these games, likely often working with MM's, clearly there is strong incentive to stifle the debate despite the continued rape of the American retail shareholder.
