Very interesting. Even with the Rule 9 requirements, though, there is a long way and a "much longer" way LOL. Again a problem for pro se litigants is that it is their life and they have no clock to constrain them as a lawyer would. But the practical problems of human nature, detailed in my prior post, really is where pro se litigants have their biggest problems. As I said, what you have done is nothing short of enclyclopedic. I sure as heck wouldn't want to face you on the other side and I rarely say that. It's a compliment. But that doesn't mean that you will "win." I was going to say "successful," but you are already successful as you have previously posted. The problem is somehow getting your material into the box so that those who need the "cookie cutter" to see the final results will have no choice but to rule for you.
