According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the poverty rates have not fluctuated much in recent years. They seem to average in the 15% to 20% range. It looks like we made some significant progress during the 1960s and 1970s.

That's poppycock...democrats say anything with no facts, unless they are made up as CBS and the other MSM does.
