Elroy, A seed in the ground is not a tree.

No expectant mother ever refers to her unborn child as a "seed in the ground."

You can come up with all sorts of analogies to trees, tumors, etc., but the bottom line is that for abortion proponents, the definition of life is subject to interpretation based on convenience. And that's a frightening notion.
