You wrote on SEPR thread "Of course, the real issue is whether it works as well as Ambien/generics" I'm eager to try Lunesta, Ambien made me depressed after awhile. I have had good luck rotating solutions between melatonin, scotch whiskey, cough medicine, antihistamines, and of course, nothing at all--detoxifiy periodically, heh. Sleep maintenance is the toughest nut for me. I get a core 4 or 5 hours, but wake early.
