Yes, and many other times "1-2 week delivery" systems take 2 months to arrive. It's one of the big reasons their customer satisfaction numbers have been dropping.

Dell offering to take your money for some vague future delivery date doesn't necessarily represent availability (we learned that the hard way with the PIII 1.13ghz).

Let's see how long it takes before a pricewatch vendor has the parts in stock for next day delivery.
