Dan3, late delivery is NOT one of the main reasons Dells customer satisfaction numbers have been dropping; the MAIN reason has been due to the growth of their consumer division and tech support issues relating to that. Dell has recognized this and is correcting it. Despite their hiccups they continue to grow. But that discussion is for another board. Guess the only way to see if they'll ship systems with the new INTC chip on time is to order one, but I'll not spend 3K for any new system. In the end will it made AMD supports happier if shipment is delayed until June, July ?? Really doens't matter to me one bit; Delll ships a ton of systems regardless, and my main post was in response to someone almost cheering the fact that they couldn't find the system on Dell's site.
