They may be dumb but they are smart enough to get great perks and salaries and options, etc.

I pretty much stay away whenever there is a hint of e.g. Cornell, Laurus, etc. After the dilution perhaps.

If you read some of the defense claims and contentions re the corporate scandals, it appears that almost all those indicted CEO's were complete dummies, had no clue whatsoever what was going down on their watch, t'aint't me, lol, OK, run a company worth billions but you have no idea, you are simply shocked, SHOCKED, at all these shenanigans perpetrated by the CFO.
