INGN still mine?..yeah..I've got a core and a trading position..Added again when it hit the 6's..

Tom, I'd recommend putting a sell for the 9-10 range to be safe..they still have some money in a shelf that they filed in August 2003..if past history informs, it's this range that's been the trigger for a secondary..a Zeta advice..very trepidly since, well, you know..

That said, they have some impressive lung cancer data in a small group of endstage cancer patients using their intravenous liposomal delivery of the FUS1 gene..a few survivors as long as 15 months(6 month life expectancy)..in last CC, they told us they'd be updating at ASCO..

Also updating on the mda7 gene that's in melanoma patients(Bernard/Jibacoa and the analysts like this one much more than advexin)

Also data on their P1/P2 lung cancer vaccine(I personally have not put much into this one)..this abstract is the only one up at the ASCO site..I'm assuming that INGN would only present really good data at ASCO

Big caveat..INGN is in the analyst dog house pending regulatory approval clarity for Advexin..Nance will not give them a crumb of priveleged info..I have no idea how this will play out during this season

Now, I'm nervous..

Zeta
