Lee,

Unfortunately, it's all on our end. The problem is in one or more routers at the SBC location where our ISP hosts our servers. We're at wit's end trying to get it fixed NOW, but everything they have done has failed to resolve the issue. Our servers have ample capacity and bandwidth but that doesn't help if there is a blockage downstream.

We truly regret the inconvenience and are doing everything we can to get it fixed.
