As long as they allow private health I have no problem if there is a universal public health care.

As the situation exists here in Quebec, centralized and gov controlled healthcare is possibly illegal based on the Charter of Rights and the criminal code of canada (see Dr Jacques Chouilli in front of the Supreme Court of Canada)
