Laz and GWN, You might also ask Wharf Rat how many of his co-workers smoke cigarettes. It has been my experience in every hospital I ever worked that the respiratory therapy department is disproportionately represented WRT cigarette-smokers. One of our thread physicians referred to this phenomenon as cognitive dissonance. - Holly

What can I say.? It's my job security, but I smoke a pipe. And just cuz it has sage, willow, bearberry and spearmint in it, it doesn't make it an better than straight 'bacco.

Off the job, I smoke a bronchodilating, altzheimer and glaucoma preventing anti-dysphagia drug. It ain't no better for my lungs but it keeps me sane. Trade off.
