I guess we probably would not get along if we ever met. My sharkskin boots, or bullhide boots would offend and sadden you as much as the porterhouse steak I ordered.

Never heard of the exotic chemicals being fed to the animals for better leather. Seems to me most treatments can be done to the leather itself after it is removed, stretched, salted & tanned.
