New Housing sales up 12%...of course that is lagging, not forward looking.... But I got a brief vision of people arguing that oil prices were too high and would drop soon...and I was one of the people saying they would drop. Outside of employment, it seems the economy is doing much better than expected for a long time. Employment may be a special case due to outsourcing.

I doubled my position in Croesus Mining (CRS.AX) yesterday but then it fell some more :( This morning before the open I doubled my short position in AAPL. That worked out... so far... Now I wait to see if something good or bad happens. So far the market isn't cooperating too well... But it could be worse (and better). Going long News Corp is looking like a mistake at this point.
