Sad.

Parents are key in stopping these forms of drug abuse.

grainne..

i was having a discussion with a photographer not long ago and we got onto the topic of the manipulation of images (the female image) in print and movies...

there is such a total disconnect between reality and images

cindy crawford said once, 'even i don't wake up looking like "cindy crawford"....'

she had pointed out that for example, that the images of her thighs were routinely 'thinned' down by the digital editing process for her photo shoots...

according to her, her natural size looked "big" (big compared to what i wondered) so i suppose one can see why some of these young girls are desperate to try any means to lose their natural fat....digitally altered images are ubiquitous now

sad
