Sandisk, will have enough Nand soon

If Sandisk has enough NAND to pick up Lexar's market share, and Samsung also keeps ramping up -- won't this add up to a glut? Don't know what controllers the other companies are using, but they seem to have decent market shares -- especially overseas.

Re Lexar cash, I defer to your judgment, as always. But I am fascinated, as you know, by the sequel to a possible Lexar demise, and I cannot imagine why Samsung wouldn't be interested to take over and become vertically integrated here as well. But we've been over this at length.

A/C Payable + Acc Liab - 157.7MM (generated from collecn of ARs)
Note payable to bank - 33.4MM
Total - 191.1MM

This is due for sure (no overstatement here).

Now, let's look at what they have-
Cash that can be used - 121.4MM
A/C Recvs - 70.5MM
Total - 191.9MM

I just noticed that (generated from collecn of ARs) seems to be misplaced in my original post. It should have been next to 121.4MM and to be fair, this number also includes 60MM raised from convertible debt less AP paid-off.

TGIF. SNDK has lost considerable MktCap (stock down about 20% from recent high) since their earnings about a week ago. Hopefully, next week will be better. But those of us who have been with SNDK long enough are used to these quarterly haircuts. Although, this time it has happened over a week rather than in a couple of days!
