Key points are 1997 to 2000...Clinton was President. What did Clinton do exactly for those 3 years? He let law enforcement handle it and did an idiotic missile strike on a bunch of empty buildings in Afghanistan. What does the memo say about crashing hijacked aircraft into buildings in New York and Washington D.C.? Thats right, nothing. Where in the memo does it mention the 9/11 date? It doesn't. The memo mentions hijacking planes to release the 1993 WTC bombers. Crashing planes into buildings doesn't exactly do that now does it.
