Several years ago,,,,, they didn't break FICA tax down. It used to be .0751 paid by the employee and .0751 paid by the employer. Now they break it down on the 941 as .029 (medicare) and .0461 (everything else) In my mind it's still .0751 because that is just an easy number to remember....Would prob solve the prob too just changing the deduction to .0752.... But they don't want answers. Bush just needs something to attack (confuse and confound). Bush is confused himself... If he discussed Medicare. Which he won't. His drug benefit would be laughed at....Once again he would be shown to be a huge hypocrit and lying sack of shit.

Bushies want to totally privatize SS and Medicare. Why? Because bedrock anti big government conservatives believe the government should not be in that business, and big Bush contributors lust for the huge profits they could make from commissions. The HMO's and drug companies are already raking it in. Ironically, Bush has grown the government more than any other president and is the biggest deficit spender in history. Someday soon we're going to have to raise taxes. Or else they'll just keep printing money and the dollar will get weaker and weaker and weaker.
