Bushies want to totally privatize SS and Medicare.

Bushies want to default on the treasury bonds which were used to finance they system rather than get the funds to pay the bonds from the obvious sources. The 30 year bonds were sold beginning in Reagan's time and will come due soon. If you are in the SS system then these are your bonds that he is defaulting on. Then he has the nerve to suggest that the shlemeil who has a private account invest in more treasury bonds.

It's all pretty odd. Medicare already spends more than it takes in and that apparently isn't a problem. SS takes in more than it spends and that's a crisis. The proposed "solution" is to decrease the inlays into SS and make the outyear shortfalls appear sooner and larger. Hence the need to finance it with additional trillions of debt.

Ironically, Bush has grown the government more than any other president and is the biggest deficit spender in history.

That's been the hallmark of Republicans since Reagan. Bigger government, more spending and more debt.

I think the plan is to bankrupt the US government and the US economy.
