The Swiss plan is basically our Major Medical Insurance with copay and deductibles only they make it mandatory and standarize the policies like our standarized medicare supplemental policies. This would not be socialized medicine. It would be like auto insurance which is mandatory in many states and has standarized policies. I would vote for such legislation.

I would be less against that the some of the other plans floating around but I would still be against it.
