I have to tell you, many of the girls in my classes are quite heavy, and the only eating disorder they have is probably eating too much (and exercising too little). I'm sure some of the cheerleaders or girls in sports might have eating disorders, or be on steroids, but I rarely have the high performing students- they mostly give me kids facing challenges.
