I am really pretty gentle with my dogs. I certainly wouldn't kick a dog out for expressing his avid interest in raw dark green vegetables! He tends to sleep right in the middle of our king-sized bed with all four feet up in the air, hoping someone will cuddle him and rub his tummy in their sleep. He would be really sad even sleeping on the floor.

This same dog has a penchant for V-8 juice. He chewed up an empty can once when we were out, and we came home and there was blood from cuts in his mouth all over his front legs, our stove and the floor. He has no sense at all. So now all empty cans are immediately carried outside to the trash can, which is locked away from him.

Aren't horses supposed to have carrots and apples in addition to their hay? Do you have horses yourself?
