Re: Dell - Look at a 6 month chart, and Dell looks even worse - roll over, now a well established down trend. Go to a 4 year /weekly chart, and the 35 level may be vulnerable - could haed back to the 25-30 range.

The first days of the month usually see an inflow of money which lifts stocks, especially big caps. That should end by Friday morning.

There is also a money inflow around the 12-15 of the month.

End of the month is mark-up time for mutual funds, usually 1-2 days before the last day.

Longhorn, the new Microsoft operating system, is late, and there doesn't seem to be a compelling reason to change.

And I think Apples gain will be seen as Dells loss.
