"How does one create wealth without risk?"

Living below one's means for extended periods of time.

In order to achieve wealth one must risk dollars. The risk lies in the fact those dollars will create more dollars and frequently they do. When you see too many loans that are being used are tied to mortgage debt your wonder about new business. Recently there has been an increase in commercial loans I hope it is not for fear of increased rates but genuine growth of business.

You are very good at managing your finances but many are not. Like it or not we all are not equal in ability. One might very well be a professor it does not mean their off spring will follow suit or even pursue upper education. We might have equal rights but we do not all excel in certain areas. Our differences create healthy economic conditions as well as biological balance.

However when 18 % plus loans are sub standard the risk to me is too extensive the correction can there by affect the entire financial industry of the nation. We have banks not loan sharks carrying this risk.

The key is to find ventures/investments with low levels of risk and high returns, and little work.

My finance studies made it appear as if risk/reward are always a tradeoff (high risk=high return vs. low risk=low return). My experience says they are not always.
