The RWers might well use the same "logic" when they count the Iraq war dead as well. Like in the recent incident, when two US warplanes crashed because they probably collided with each other. By RWer "logic", the pilots were stupid enough to blow each other out of the sky...

Ironically, it is those who are anti-war who will regard these pilots as having died while serving their country.
