I agree, more should be done in solving the criminal element.

Never said it will solve it entirely. I think it is a step in the right direction...Time will tell :)

Incidently the murder rate in Toronto, the largest metropolitan centre (that has a good population of blacks and hispanics) is around 2-3/100,000 per year. In DC it's over 80/100,000. Our marginalized people are assisted with social programs, not starved. They don't live in the disgrace of the Ghettos that predominate the inner cities of USA.

A friend of mine who moved to Baltimore, a while back, wrote me on the real gun problem in America. Not CANADA!
