Taikun, needs is to catch some Russian sub Ha! The war canoe has enough trouble with Portuguese trawlers LOL... We spend our military dollars buying British garbage... (subs) I agree it would be nice to see dollars thrown at something like shipbuilding etc.. and learn to compete again.. right now we use up a lot of dollars just maintaining our highways that are wrecked every year by truck traffic.. That's a hell of a subsidy there.. Why we do not use more rail especially considering the volume coming down the Quebec city to Windsor corridor where maybe two thirds of our population is concentrated I dunno.. We sure could use a good high speed rail link down that corridor... alas politicians do not seem to look past the next election... K
