Why is hemp so fascinating? Sure you can make rope and fabrics out of it, and apparently run a bus on it. But hemp has well-known properties that do bad things to people who smoke or ingest it.

I just don't see the appeal.

Not to mention that it is illegal in many places. Does that make a difference to you?

I did not appreciate the illegal pot farms that we sometimes found on national forest land. Some of them were protected by pitfalls and pungi stakes. Not cool.

They converted a nice little English girl on their road trip- and probably a lot of other people. No one wants to drink pus. All my friends have switched to organic or soy :-) Or at least they say they have.

too many messages to read ... I did see the pig site

man it sucks to be a pig as well as a chicken :(

here is one way i look at it ( the pus thing)

i'll use an analogy you'l relate to

organic = NY Street vendor meet on stick
factory = Chicago beef on Bun

they both may taste delictious, but I would bet that on a statistical level, the street food has more "bad stuff" in it than the computer tested batches of meat coming out of the Chicao packing house
