To be honest, I think that question is irrelevant... Only clueless yanks can imagine that MONEY is the prime mover behind the Iraqi RESISTANCE. Remember, US crack anti-terrorist experts estimated that 911 could be executed with as little as $200,000!!! So, my point is that, Iraqi resistants don't need millions of dollars to set off boobytraps, car-bombs, mortars, etc. Of course, when a ground-to-ground missile hits the US GHQ in southern Iraq then, at that point, we might consider that big money --and foreign intelligence-- was involved in what would amount to a devastating blow to the US occupation forces....

Insurgency and grass-root resistance to a foreign occupier, whether in Algeria (against the French), Vietnam, Palestine or Iraq, don't feed on "money" --they stem from nationalism and anti-colonialism... The sooner Yanks understand that, the better.
