Until the religious leaders of Islam demonstrate tolerance and peace, there is always going to be instability. Islam is bent on violence as evudebced by jihad and fatwas against the infidels. I think the majoirty is encouraging the minority to do it's dirty work. Nothing will be accomplished until every Muslim recoognizes restrainst as a matter of law. Hopefully, the establishement of democracy in places like Iraq will develop a sound framework of law.
