That is IMO wrong. According to CBO, by 2026 outflows from Social Security will be larger than inflows to the tune of about 3% of GDP (which means that the Social Security Payments ALONE will increase the Federal Deficit by 3% of GDP) - and this will will go up each year till it reachs 5% of GDP by 2041.
