I believe the pound is way overvalued as well.
It is one of the reasons I doubt the US$ drops off the cliff.

Europe is clearly headed for recession, Chinese banks would blow up if they floated the RMB and everyone is madly in love with the YEN even though Japan has interest rates at 0% and a debt of 150-300% of GDP depending on who you believe.

I think the worst of the US$ drop is behind us.
