The government DOES, and that's the problem.

They've been doing it since Reagan, and disguising the true entent of our structural federal deficit problem from the public for *years*.

Politicians always seem to want 'something for nothing', to borrow from the future, and eat our nation's seed corn.

Every data site I've looked at has accounted for it properly. I agree with your logic about the 401Ks. SS receipts are not revenue.
