The first step in preparing a people to commit genocide is the dehumanizing of the untermenschen minorities by the leaders and the government. Hitler did it in Germany to the Poles, the Gypsies, the Slavs and the Jews. Israeli leaders have been doing it for the last fifty years in racist state of Israel.
