Could the Flashvision affiliate be the separate arm or of Toshiba that oversees their share of the joint enterprise, rather than Sandisk? I had not heard or read anything about SNDK being named in any of the filings.

Possible, I am not sure. I hope it is not Sandisk though.

Frankly, if they put an injunction on Toshiba, I don't understand how they can allow Sandisk's share of o/p from the same factory? I don't know what is the licensing arrangement between Sandisk and Lexar. If Toshiba is blocked and Sandisk is not, just think what will happen to SNDK stock! Toshiba/Sandisk control 30-35% of Nand o/p at minimum. Although, I doubt they will block Toshiba's o/p.
