President Bush's long-range national energy plan includes $4 billion in tax incentives aimed at increasing sales of gasoline-saving vehicles, such as hybrids.

Hybrids run on a combination of gasoline and electric batteries and get about 49 miles a gallon in city driving, according to Consumer Reports.


And at least the "religious right group" isn't going along with your approval of killing 1500000 unborn children a year....

I attended a public meeting on the Bush energy policy at the Argonne National Lab. It was led by Spencer Abrahams, cabinet secretary. This was in the first year of the first term. I thought it was quite good. Have you had occasion to read it? Will

I think the sense of being in silicon valley is related in large part to the stock market, and when you have a market that is so bad for so long, everybody feels it.

This is the worst market of my investing life, for sure.
