"the Dem plan is working. Obstruct the GOP wherever they go, then blame the GOP for not making progress." Urr, that is how a minority party operates in this country. The Republicans operated that way when they were the minority party. Now I realize that they are pretending that they didn't, just like they are pretending they didn't filibuster and blue carded Clinton's appointees. But that doesn't mean they are telling the truth. And when the Dems were the majority party, did they behave in the same way as the GOP is behaving now?
