Lizzie, RE: Is that really true? It flies in the face of the obvious, because the blue states on average have higher educational level residents and higher per capita income.

In your world the people who live in the blue states are all good smart people, and those who live in the red states are moronic knuckle-dragging malevolent neanderthals, right?

You never come out and directly say this, but from reading your posts, it is all too easily implied.

I love how my left wing friends all try to talk as though they have achieved some sort of enlightenment, and yet retain this highly simplistic and ignorant "red/blue" notion of the world, which absolutely no enlightened person would ever hold.

Your sides' sactimony is laughable, and that is putting it nicely.
