"We're definitely seeing strength in the Nasdaq, in particular, and that's a healthy sign for the market," said Michael Sheldon, chief market strategist at Spencer Clarke LLC. "Of the times we've rallied over the past few years, a rally with the Nasdaq is far stronger than one where it's lagging."

RE: " but there is a lot more activity in silicon valley and some new tech"

No kidding. If it gets too busy, we will have to hire. No way to avoid hiring some contractors locally this summer. We are already busting at the seems in workload.

Also am hearing about "hot startups" again - but this time, with the real revenues behind them. Oh glee!
