Germany was an industrialized, well-educated state. The US of A is half full of idiots. We just need to increase the size of war and spin the economy into a very deep recession. When the setup is completed, spoon in another 911 type tragedy, declare martial law, suspend the internet (after all, who owns the backbone and how hard could that be?) and the US of A gains the alcoholic, bankrupt, incompetent, self-loathing, lying Bush family as the monarchy. At that point, as others have said, most of us could no longer live in the US of A. What would happen then? A mass evacuation by the smartest, hardest working people in the US of A to Canada? I think there's a movie in there somewhere.
