Outrage about Newsweek's reporting is undertstandable where they did not double check or triple check. (Also their story has not been disproved)

How about some outrage on the abuses ?

Or do we cherry pick the lesser of the sins ?

The government will use this as another reason to control the news media. Most of the free media reporters have either quit or are being forced out of their jobs.

Newsweek is not the problem. Neither is 60 minutes, or CBS, or CNN

There is a major movement to stop all independent reporting in this country. Over 15 cases in federal courts testing the right of news media to maintain sources as confidential.
