You know there is something crooked when no proposal is ever put forward for people's money to be invested in REAL ASSETS versus fiat money and worthless paper to keep SS solvent. There is a deliberate effort on the part of the Feds, either party, to make damn sure that people's SS retirement funds are not invested in any assets whatsover. This is flat out criminal in nature. Instead where is the money really going? Its mostly going to pay the salries of Govt cronies and allies and to fund contracts with corporations providing products and services to the Govt through "free and open competition" whereby the selection is made by people voting on the winner. No chance for fraud there right?
