Yep... the FUD has been very effective.

But, it begs the question: if Senate rules are ILLEGALLY CHANGED (with just 51 votes instead of the 67 the rules require), would that mean that any Justices approved that way would be themselves illegal, and or their *rulings* illegal?????????

Could they be held to be *illegally appointed*, and their rulings from the bench *null and void*?
