In normal language, "we are retracting our claim of fact a and fact b", means "we are retraction our claim of fact a" and "we are retracting our claim of fact b".

Its true that its possible to say "we are retracting our claim of fact a and fact b" and mean "we are retracting factual claim (A+B)", but that isn't what is usually meant by those words.
